  • Early Registration: $275
        Payment must be received or postmarked by July 31, 2025
  • Regular Registration: $325
        Applies to payments received after July 31, 2025

Note: Registration is not complete until payment is received. To qualify for the early registration discount, payment must be postmarked by July 31, 2025.

Cancellation & Substitution Policy

  • The NJSPC does not issue refunds for cancellations.
  • You may substitute another colleague from your company by emailing us at: questions@statewidepayrollconf.org
    Include:
    • Original registrant’s name
    • Substitute's full name, title, email, and phone number
  • If no substitute is available, notify us at the same email address no later than September 19, 2025, and a credit will be issued for the 2026 conference, less a $75 cancellation fee.

Note: Cancellations received after September 13, 2025 will not be honored.

Session Handouts

Conference session handouts will be available to all attendees from September 22, 2025, through October 25, 2025.

To help conserve paper, please print and bring only the handouts you need.
