Alexander-Ali Dalipi has been a leader in Human Resources and Payroll for over 20+ years, supporting companies and organizations in all aspects of HR and Payroll operations.

He is CEO and Founder of HR1Systems, a boutique firm supporting small to mid-size organizations in HR and Payroll Systems Implementations and a Managed Services Partner. 

Alexander Ali is currently pursuing a Doctorates at Lehman College’s Organizational Leadership Development and Change program. 

He holds a Master’s in Science degree in Human Resources Development specializing in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), People Analytics from Villanova University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from CUNY Hunter College.
